First: Introducing the Lowcal Food Programmer
1- The Lowcal Nutrition Program is owned by the Lowcal Meal Plan Center, which is a company registered with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism in the Kingdom of Bahrain and carries out its activities in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
2- The Lowcal program was designed by a group of experts and specialists in the field of diet and healthy meals. The program was designed to suit each individual case. Therefore, eating meals outside the Plan of the specific nutritional program will negatively affect the process of calculating the calories specified by the nutritionist for each participant. .
Second: Subscriber’s obligations
3- Throughout the period of his participation in the Lowcal program, the participant must declare to the nutritionist all the diseases he suffers from, or the allergies he suffers from when eating certain foods or the high blood pressure or sugar he suffers from, and if the participant is in the program Lowcal during pregnancy, she must declare this to the nutritionist as soon as she learns, noting that Lowcal Center is not responsible for any complications that may occur to the participant in the Lowcal nutritional program due to his suffering from any disease, allergy, or physical condition for any reason whatsoever, as stated in The second item is that the Lowcal program was designed to suit each case separately.
4- In Case of that the subscriber has any complaint during or after the end of his subscription period in the Lowcal program, he must contact the administration and inform it of his complaint by sending an email to lowcalbh@gmail.com. The Lowcal administration undertakes to examine the subscriber’s complaint and respond to it promptly, and if the subscriber submits comments regarding the type of meals and requesting to replace them or some of them, this depends on the opinion of the specialist at the center.
4- In the event that the subscriber has any complaint during or after the end of his subscription period in the Lowcal program, he must contact the administration and inform it of his complaint by sending an email to lowcalbh@gmail.com. The Lowcal administration undertakes to examine the subscriber’s complaint and respond to it promptly, and if the subscriber submits comments Regarding the type of meals and requesting to replace them or some of them, this depends on the opinion of the specialist at the center.
5- If the subscriber wishes to postpone the delivery of daily meals for any reason, he must notify the administration by sending the required service to WhatsApp number 38744440 in advance at least 48 hours. Otherwise, the day will be counted from the monthly subscription even if
not receipt, and the subscriber has no right to compensate him for that day.
Third: Instructions that the subscriber must follow
6- To maintain food fresh, the food must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt, each meal must be heated separately, and no meal should be eaten after 48 hours from the date of its production.
7- Some foods may need to be reheated at a temperature not exceeding 100 degrees Celsius before eating them. There are also foods that do not need to be heated, and despite the validity of heating food in the plastic containers used by the Lowcal Center for Healthy Nutrition in the microwave for a period not exceeding Two minutes. However, it is preferable not to heat food in plastic containers.
8- If the participant’s daily meals include breakfast, It would be better if eaten it next day, taking into account the correct method of preservation in the refrigerator.
Fourth: General provisions
9- The subscriber is committed to receiving daily meals within a maximum of 30 days from the date of payment, and during the validity of the subscription period, he may stop receiving meals for a maximum period of four weeks (30) days. He must submit a written request to do so, and he may not withdraw because the contract is binding on both parties . Lowcal Center will not return any amounts to the subscriber.
10- The value of subscription to the Lowcal program varies from one subscriber to another depending on the type of program in which the subscriber wishes to register, the number of subscription days and the number of meals. In the event that the subscriber wishes to refund the remaining amount of the subscription or cancel the subscription, the number of days received will be deducted according to the original price. For the package and not the discounted price, an administrative fee of 10 dinars is deducted, and 20 dinars are deducted if the subscriber performs the examination and consultation with the dietitian
11-If the subscriber wishes to renew the value of his subscription to the Local program, he must do so within 3 days before the end of the subscription, otherwise the administration will be forced to stop delivering meals when the subscription ends.
12- Lowcal Center’s working hours are daily, except Friday, when the center is closed, starting from nine in the morning until nine in the evening. Meal delivery times are determined by the administration and will be between seven in the morning until two in the afternoon, and the evening period is from three in the afternoon Until six o'clock in the evening. Taking into account the participant’s knowledge of the possibility of circumstances occurring beyond the control of the Lowcal Nutrition Center that may cause a delay or refusal to deliver meals on the specified date or time.
13- Any request to change the subscriber’s menu or change the address must be notified 48 hours in advance, due to the company’s arrangements for the workflow.
14 - It is not allowed to transfer meals from one person to another except after consulting a nutritionist, due to differences in cases and needs such as weight, age, and gender. The subscriber to whom the subscription value is transferred must sign to abide by all the terms and conditions that the previous subscriber was bound by before making the subscription transfer. .
15- The subscriber acknowledges that he has reviewed the list of meals included in the Lowcal program, learned of its components, and agreed to it. The subscriber in the Lowcal program also acknowledges that he has reviewed the system in force at the Local Center for Healthy Nutrition and in managing the subscriber’s subscription and how to deliver meals for the days he specified.
16- The meals and foods used in the Lowcal Program are natural and healthy and do not contain any artificial additives or preservatives. Accordingly, the Local Nutrition Center
It completely disclaims responsibility for the participant’s exposure to any health symptoms during or after the period of participation in the Lowcal program.
17- If the customer subscribes or renews his subscription to the Lowcal program through the application system of the Lowcal Center for Healthy Nutrition, he also remains committed to these terms and conditions.
18- The subscriber acknowledges that he has read all the terms and conditions mentioned above and that he has agreed to abide by them and has signed them.
We would like to inform you that some areas have an additional cost for delivery to each subscriber individually, and this cost is estimated at 700 fils per day.
These areas are:

• Dilmunia.
Please note that the calories determined by the specialist are the client’s daily requirement and not the actual content of the box, and that is only when subscribing to any package that is not complete.
